  • The song ‘Friendship’ is inspired by her relationship with her best friend. It underlines the rare fact that one person throughout your life will always be there to share your moments of joy or sorrow.

  • The song "The Mountain of the Gods" represents what we cannot possess in life but that undeniably attracts us. The hero of the song is drawn to the mountain and the mysteries that lie at its peak. The mountain is more beautiful than the plain he lives on. This song can be considered an allegory of desire.
  • The song ‘Rêve de fille’ was originally inspired by girls with a passion for horses. As the song progressed, Apos'tophe added a second reading to create a double meaning. It can also be seen from a more erotic angle, like certain great classics of French song.
  • The song ‘Sauver des vies’ is directly inspired by Apos'tophe's youth and his idealism about humanity.
  • The song ‘J'espère avoir le temps’ is inspired by the wars going on in the world (at the time it was written). It echoes all the old wars that must have seen the same young people dreaming of finding peace and simply living.
  • The album cover was created entirely by the artist. Apos'tophe uses the colours of the Arc en Ciel. He plans to create 7 albums in all (over the coming years).
  • On this album cover, to represent the 'Jealousy' that lurks all around us, Apos'tophe deliberately uses a writing colour that is difficult to read at first glance.

Français Anecdotes about the album :  Apos'tophe wrote this album in less than 5 hours, travelling to work every morning by metro over the course of a week. That's an average of one song every 30 minutes. The song ‘Crois en Toi’ (Believe in Yourself) was inspired by his teenage years, when he couldn't wake up in the morning with his alarm clock going off for almost an hour at a time. The song ‘Dream’ represents Apos'tophe's state of mind. He managed to preserve it throughout his life. The song ‘Entendre les êtres aimés’ was inspired by his refusal to visit the cemetery of his teenage children. The song ‘Mon Miroir’ was directly inspired by visions of his tired, drawn face in the morning. The song ‘The Laughter of Children’ was inspired by his little neighbour, a young child who, from the moment he woke up in the morning, made his parents' flat shine with screams and life.
